When do I have to pay?
A $100 deposit secures your booking. The balance is settled when the truck arrives at the destination, before unload begins. Bank transfer, card or cash all work.
Do you charge for cancellations?
Cancellations more than 48 hours before the booked move date are free. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the $100 deposit. Move-day cancellations forfeit the deposit plus a half-day truck callout.
Are my belongings insured during the trip?
Yes. Every long-haul move is covered by transit insurance as standard. For especially high-value items (artworks, antiques, instruments) we recommend declaring them at quote stage so we can confirm the cover level applies.
