Same-day acceptance is usually only possible for the morning slot, after our office managers have scanned the day's job sheet and assigned the right staff and truck.

Yes — we have specialist piano boards and trained crew. We just need access details and floor counts at quote time so we send the right gear and the right number of removalists.
No extra charge for stairs themselves. For genuinely heavy specialty items (piano, pool table, safe over ~150kg) we may quote a small specialty rate to cover the gear and an extra crew member. We always tell you upfront.
We routinely move 200–400kg safes and full-size billiard tables. For anything heavier (commercial gym equipment, large servers, industrial machinery) we do a pre-move site check.
Yes — we use hump-mats, corner protectors and blankets to protect floors, walls, door frames and lifts on both sides of the move.
