Narellan is one of the south-west's fastest-growing suburbs, sitting adjacent to the Camden Valley Way near Narellan Town Centre. The Narellan Vale and Catherine Field precincts are classic new-estate environments: wide streets, large blocks, and newer homes with double garages and high ceilings. The carry distances from the front door can be long in these homes, but access is so much easier than the inner city that the time balances out. We regularly move families between these growing new estates and established suburbs further north along the M5.
Ingleburn, at the northern edge of the Macarthur region, bridges the gap between south-western Sydney and the Macarthur proper. It's predominantly post-war housing stock — brick homes from the 1960s–1980s on modest blocks — with easy truck access and minimal parking restrictions. The Hume Highway and M5 corridor make Ingleburn one of the more efficient Macarthur suburbs to move to or from, with predictable transit times outside peak hours.
